We've put together a unique training plan that will take you step-by-step through the preparation for your upcoming race. Whether you're going for the FUN or SPORT category, we have everything you need:

  • For the FUN category: 3-4 workouts per week, focused on improving basic fitness, strength and endurance.
  • For SPORT category: 4-5 workouts per week, incorporating more intense exercises and specific skills needed for the tougher challenges of the race.
  • Tips and tricks: Practical advice on how to master individual exercises, distribute forces and regenerate properly.
  • Video samples: Clear instructions on the technique of each exercise to train effectively and safely.

👊 Filip Malý - author of the training concept

Filip Malý in cooperation with BCROSS RUN has prepared this special tailor-made training program - for all those who want to work smart, improve their performance and push their limits.

He specializes in working with athletes and the general public. He helps people not only in their journey to better fitness, but also after surgeries and injuries where he can get the body back in shape. The workouts he creates are varied, effective and most importantly fun.

Philip is part of BCROSS of the world since 2018 - he has several races under his belt BCROSS CHALLENGE and runs, and knows exactly what you need to master (or control) even BCROSS RUN.

At the moment he is most fulfilled by overcoming the limits of his body and mind. He has climbed mountains all over the world, holds several records and passes on his experience at seminars and workshops.
