How about a test workout?

Bcross Run: performance

Be ready. Be fair. Know where you belong.

  1. Prepare your entire workout - prepare your individual stations in advance. If you don't have an outdoor trail to run, feel free to take it on the treadmill. Skillmill or classic with 2 % inclines, both are ok.

  2. Turn on your watch, cell phone, or anything to keep time.
Give me your 3, 2, 1... START and have a good time. It's gonna hurt, but that's what you want.

  3. The goal is clear - the result is time.
When you finish the last run, don't forget to stop time. This time is your calling card.

  4. Keep the standards!
Each exercise has a clearly defined design - you can find them in rulebook. Don't take shortcuts. This test only makes sense if you're fair.

  5. Check the leaderboard.
We upload the results to our leaderboard - that's where you'll find out, how you would fare among the others, and you're also we will recommend the ideal category, that will fit you at the race.

💡 TIP: If you really want to measure your strength honestly, ask a friend or a coach to measure your workout and supervise the execution. You're riding for yourself - but you're also riding for our community.
